Booking Your Stay

You can either book your stay with us online or you can email us your requirements or call us on 01970 890233

If it is showing that there is no availability online then please call us on 01970 890233 as we may still have some availability.

At the time of booking full contact details and a deposit will be required:

• Camping/Touring: £31.00
• Pod: £45.00
• Self Catering Bungalow: £110.00

The balance is due 7 days before your arrival. Full payment can be made at the time of making the booking if preferred.

If you have any special requests then please let us know in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate.

Check In/ Check Out

Please stop at the reception on your arrival so that we can greet you and answer any questions that you may have. If you are arriving after 5.30pm then please let us know so that we can let you have any relevant information should our reception be closed. Late arrivals are welcome up to 9.30pm.

Check in times for our tourers and tents is from 2.00pm and for guests in our gypsy pod and self catering bungalow it is from 3.00pm.

Check our time for tourers and tents is by 1.00pm and for guests in our Gypsy Pod and self catering bungalow it is by 10.30am.

You are welcome to arrive at the park before check in times and if your pitch is available you can use it. If the pitch is not free, then we have an area that you can wait in until the pitch becomes available.

Our pitches

We have a choice of the following pitch types:

Hardstanding pitch – All of our hardstanding pitches have an electric hook up and tv aerial point. We allocate you a pitch before arrival.

Grass Pitch with Electric – We have grass pitches with electric hook ups. Some of these have tv aerial points so if this is important to you then please request this in the 'additional requirements' box during the booking process. We allocate you a pitch before your arrival.

Grass pitch without Electric – Our grass non- electric pitches are not marked so you are able to pick your spot on your arrival.

Toilet and Shower Facilities

Our toilet and shower facilities are open all day. There is no charge to use the showers. We do ask for young children to be accompanied by an adult to the facilities. Dogs must not be taken into the facilities with you.

Electric Cars

We currently do not have any car charging points on our park. Please do not use your electric hook up pitch as a vehicle charging point. The nearest charging point is Aberystwyth.

Our shop and tearooms

Our shop and tearooms will be open daily during high season and mid-season. During low season there may be restricted opening days. Opening times will vary throughout the year. There may be occasions when the shop is closed which is beyond our control.

We are hoping that there will be a takeaway service on some days however this is currently waiting to be confirmed.

There is another shop just three miles away in the next village of Ponterwyd.
